Property Solutions is a management company that specializes in the construction, lease and sale of industrial multi-bay warehouse buildings in Southern, Central and Northern Alberta. A typical project for us would be to buy a parcel of serviced, industrial land, and build a multi-bay warehouse that gives us the appropriate site coverage in the market we are building in.
We also build buildings for a specified end user. We can assist in the design and construction of a “build to suit” building for a customer with specific needs. We have an outstanding relationship with our general contractor, Camdon Construction (www.camdon.ca), and develop properties all over Alberta.
