Bill Schoemaker – President
Bill has been in the
commercial real estate industry since 1988 and since 1998 has been involved in the
development, leasing and sale of light industrial properties. Bill has been responsible for
completing over 30 industrial development projects in Red Deer, Leduc and Grande Prairie.
Mike George - CA - Vice President
Mike was brought into the company to oversee the financing, administration, legal, and investor relations duties. Since 2006, Mike has overseen 7 industrial projects in Central and Northern Alberta.
